Accessing Your Review Portal

If you've been invited to review applications for an organization, here's how to get started.

Receiving Your Invitation

When an organization admin adds you as a reviewer, you'll receive an invitation email from Applly. This email contains a link to set up your account (or log in if you already have one) and begin reviewing.

If you don't see the invitation email, check your spam or junk folder. The email is sent from no-reply@applly.app. If you still can't find it, contact the organization's administrator — they can resend the invitation.

Logging In

Use the credentials from your invitation to log in at applly.app/login. You'll be taken directly to the Reviewer Portal — a simplified interface designed specifically for reviewers.

The Reviewer Dashboard

Your dashboard shows all the programs you've been assigned to review, along with the number of submissions awaiting your review in each program. Click a program to open its submission list.

Your Review Queue

The submission list for a program shows all applications you've been assigned to assess. Submissions are listed with key details at a glance. Submissions you've already reviewed show your score; unreviewed ones are clearly marked.

Navigating Between Submissions

Within a program's submission list, you can click Next and Previous to move between submissions without returning to the list view. This is helpful when working through a batch of reviews in a single session.

Reviewer Confidentiality

As a reviewer, you can see the submitted application responses, but you cannot see scores or notes from other reviewers. Review processes are kept confidential to prevent bias. Only organization administrators can see all reviewer scores in aggregate.
