Make your program live and share it with prospective applicants.

Publishing and Sharing Your Program

Once you're satisfied with your program setup and application form, it's time to make it public and start accepting applications.

Setting the Program to Open

Navigate to your program's settings (click the program name, then Settings). Find the Status field and change it from Draft to Open. Click Save to apply the change. Your program is now live and accepting applications.

Finding Your Public Link

Every program in Applly gets a unique public URL. You can find it on the program detail page under Public Link. The URL follows the format: https://applly.app/org/your-organization/apply/your-program-slug

You can share this link anywhere:

  • Your organization's website
  • Social media posts
  • Email newsletters
  • Funding directories and listings

Embedding on Your Website

If you want to integrate the application link seamlessly into your existing website, you can link directly to the Applly application page. We recommend opening it in the same tab so applicants have a consistent experience.

Setting Close Dates

When your program has a deadline, set the Close date in the program settings. Once the close date passes, the public application page will show a "This program is no longer accepting applications" message, and the submission form will be disabled. Applicants who started an application before the deadline can still view their draft, but cannot submit.

Monitoring Application Volume

Keep an eye on incoming submissions through your dashboard. The program detail page shows a real-time count of submissions in each status (draft, submitted, under review, etc.).
