How to Apply

Applying through Applly is straightforward. Here's what to expect from start to finish.

Finding a Program

Organizations using Applly will share a direct link to their application form on their website, social media, or via email. Click the link to open the application. You don't need to go looking for programs on Applly directly — each organization manages its own outreach.

Creating an Account

If you don't already have an Applly account, you'll be prompted to sign up with your email address and a password. Your account lets you:

• Save your application progress and return later
• Track the status of all your submitted applications
• Receive decision notifications by email

If you already have an account, simply log in and you'll be taken directly to the application form.

Completing the Application

Most applications consist of multiple steps or sections. You can navigate between steps using the Next and Back buttons at the bottom of the form. Your progress is saved automatically as you go — if you need to close your browser and come back, your answers will be waiting for you.

Read each question carefully and provide complete, thoughtful responses. If a field is marked with an asterisk (*) or labeled "Required," you must fill it in before advancing to the next step.

Submitting Your Application

When you reach the final step, review your answers carefully. Some programs require a submission fee — if so, you'll see the fee amount displayed clearly and a Pay & Submit button. Clicking this will take you to a secure payment page. Once payment is complete, you'll be returned to Applly with a confirmation that your application has been received.

For programs without a fee, click Submit Application on the final step. You'll see a confirmation screen with your submission reference. You'll also receive a confirmation email at the address associated with your Applly account.

After You Apply

Your application appears in your My Applications dashboard. You can view your submitted answers at any time. You will receive an email notification when the organization changes your application status (e.g., when a decision is made).
