Understand how draft saving works so you never lose your progress.

Saving Your Draft

We know that filling out a detailed application takes time. Applly automatically saves your progress so you can work at your own pace.

Automatic Saving

As you move through the application form, your answers are automatically saved each time you advance to the next step. You don't need to click a "Save" button — just keep working, and Applly handles the rest.

If you close your browser or lose your internet connection mid-step, the answers you've entered in the current step may not be saved yet. To be safe, click Next to advance to the next step (which triggers a save) before closing your browser.

Returning to a Draft

When you return to an application you've started, Applly will pick up where you left off. Log in to your Applly account and navigate to My Applications. Your in-progress application will appear with a status of Draft. Click Continue Application to resume.

Draft Expiry

Drafts do not expire as long as the program is still accepting applications. Once a program's close date passes, you will no longer be able to submit your draft. If you're running close to a deadline, make sure to submit (not just save) your application before the close date.

Editing After Submission

Once you submit your application, you cannot edit it. If you need to make a correction after submitting, contact the organization directly — they can update your application status and communicate with you through the platform.

Multiple Applications

If an organization has multiple active programs, you can apply to each separately. Each application is tracked independently in your My Applications dashboard.
