Monitor your application status and understand what each status means.
Tracking Your Application Status
After submitting an application, you can track its progress from your Applly dashboard.
Viewing Your Applications
Log in to your Applly account and click My Applications in the navigation. You'll see a list of all applications you've started or submitted, with the current status displayed prominently on each card.
Application Statuses
Here's what each status means:
- Draft — You've started the application but haven't submitted it yet. You can still edit and complete it.
- Submitted — Your application has been received by the organization. It is awaiting review.
- Under Review — The organization is actively assessing your application. This stage may take days or weeks depending on the program.
- Waitlisted — You've been placed on a waitlist. The organization will contact you if a spot becomes available.
- Accepted — Congratulations — your application has been approved.
- Declined — Your application was not selected for this round. This does not reflect on your eligibility for future programs.
Email Notifications
You'll receive an email notification at the address associated with your Applly account whenever the organization changes your application status. Check your spam or junk folder if you're expecting a notification and haven't received it.
Viewing Your Submitted Application
Click on any application card to open the detail view. You can read all the answers you submitted, see the timeline of status changes, and (when available) view any decision letter the organization has sent.
Questions About Your Application
If you have specific questions about the review process or outcome, contact the organization directly. Applly does not have visibility into individual organizations' review processes.
